Easy to use, you can forget the messy oils that are required with other sharpeners; the diamond surface allows you to sharpen dry or with water. This innovative, multi-patented stone in a convenient dual-sided design is engineered precision flat, essential in assuring even sharpening and will remain flat, unlike water stones.
